About Andy Sifferman
Andy is an electrical engineer with more than 30 years of experience developing hardware and software for embedded systems. Andy has a passion for excellence in the design of products that are useful, “cool”, and fun to use. More than 250,000 of the products Andy has designed have been sold worldwide. Much of his work has been in the recreational marine electronics industry, although his skills are applicable to many other industries where embedded microcontrollers are used.
Andy and his wife Susan live in New Hampshire. They have five sons.
- In 2011, Andy Sifferman received 3M’s Circle of Technical Excellence and Innovation award for his contributions on a team developing a remarkable 46″ large format multi-touch projected capacitive touch screen.
